Information and Signposting
We provide a general information and signposting service. If we cannot immediately provide you with an answer we will research your enquiry and get back to you as soon as possible. If you require specialist advice we can, with your permission, refer you to a relevant organisation where you can be appropriately advised.
Visiting and Befriending
This service provides volunteers to visit our clients who live alone, may be housebound and are experiencing a form of isolation or loneliness. The primary role of a Befriender is to provide some company and a listening ear to those who do not have many friends and family nearby.
Tai Chi Classes
We offer Tai Chi classes for a small fee. Our qualified teacher will teach you how to combine deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements.
Tai Chi can help people reduce stress, improve balance and mobility. Most people should be able to do Tai Chi but if you have any health concerns, do get advice from your GP before starting.
Social Events
On occasions throughout the year we provide and sign post our clients to social events in the Mole Valley area.
